Iomhar was a Wildhammer dwarf during the Second War. He was the one who reported the deaths of Oengus and Tearlach to Kurdran. He and Farand also assisted Kurdran to battle the red dragons ridden by orcs that attacked the Third Fleet.

While he apparently survived the war his status remains unknown.
