Patch changes

Patch 7.2.0 (2017-03-28): Now roots targets in place (was a 50% snare).
Hotfix (2017-01-17): Intimidating Roar now has diminishing returns in the Disorient category (was the Incapacitate category).
Patch 7.1.5 (2017-01-10): Re-added and redesigned.
Old: Causes the targeted enemy to cower in fear, and up to 5 additional enemies within 8 yards, to flee. Lasts 8 sec.
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Removed.
