Insha'tar is found just to the southwest of the flight path on the Path of the Light in east-central Shadowmoon Valley. Loot it for 
[Boots of the Shadowborn] and 10-20x 
[Garrison Resources].
A few hundred yards to the north is the Kaliri Egg, which contains the 
[Giant Kaliri Egg].

Shadowstep — Attempts to step through the shadows and reappear behind your enemy.
Tracking quest
To check whether Insha'tar has been looted, copy and paste this command into the chat window:

If a "true" appears in the chat window, Insha'tar has been looted; "false" indicates the opposite.
