Infernal Brand is a conduit for destruction warlocks. It drops from Amarth in the Necrotic Wake and Sylvanas Windrunner in the Sanctum of Domination.

It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
