Infected Sludge Guards are Sludge Guards who have been infected by Warden Stillwater's experiments in the Sludge Fields of Hillsbrad Foothills. Mindless zombies, they now roam the fields aimlessly.
Unfortunately for Master Apothecary Lydon, one of them has the key to his cage. He needs it recovered so he can escape and deal with Stillwater.
