Inert Spectral Essence can be empowered to create a 
[Spectral Essence] when used with 5x 
[Essence of Undeath] and 3x 
[Dark Rune]. Eva Sarkhoff will provide it to players who have used 
[Krastinov's Bag of Horrors] near her femur in heroic Scholomance beyond Darkmaster Gandling's room. This is one of the steps to earn the 
[Memory of Scholomance] achievement that provides access to the original Scholomance that was removed in Mists of Pandaria.
