Incineratus is a fire fury located at the Throne of the Elements in Nagrand. He's currently not involved in any quests. Though, he is said to have created the 
[Living Fire], and Salandria is advised not to get too close to him. If you attacked somebody around him, he would one shot you.
Shortly before the Cataclysm, Thrall journeyed to Garadar to discover why the elements of Azeroth were so afraid. During this event, Thrall would communicate with Incineratus to see if the fury could enlighten him to what was causing the elements their fear. In response, Incineratus blessed Thrall with some of his power to aid him in his quest.[1]
