The house of Godwyn was a noble family of Lordaeron who used to sponsor the kingdom's Old Monastery until the Scourging of their homeland.
One of their heirs, Blake, disappeared in the Swamp of Sorrows during the First War[1] alongside his family's ancestral sword.[2] The weapon was eventually retrieved by the Scarlet Crusade.
