Himia, the Blessed was a hero of the Ohn'ir centaur. Shortly after the centaur settled in the Ohn'ahran Plains, they were challenged by the land's native fire, water, and earth elementals. Himia confronted them with the element of wind, which the centaur had been blessed by through Ohn'ahra, and forced them to accept the centaur's presence in the plains.[1][2]

Elder Nazuun asks adventurers to summon a memory of Himia by offering tokens of the wind to an Offering Vessel on Thunderspine Ridge.[1] Himia has the adventurers battle the elements like she once did, before sending them back to Nazuun.[2] This version of her is named Himia, The Blessed, with a capitalized "the".

In addition, Himia's spirit can be found permanently roaming the Carving Winds. This version of her is normally invisible and can only be seen while the player character is under the effect of [Essence of Awakening]. Gifting her an  [Awakened Air] is required for  [Honor Our Ancestors].

Carving Winds

Initial gossip
The wind speaks to us, <class>. She advises us in all things, wrapping us in her embrace.
I feel her presence. Awakened Air... that is what she asks for.
Gossip <Give Awakened Air.>
After gift
The elements are tumultuous, their desires fickle. None so much as the wind, she who changes direction as a drop in a puddle.
But it is also she who lifts us up. We do not need the wings of the ohuna to fly alongside her.
