Hezrul Bloodmark is a centaur who patrols the Lushwater Oasis in the Northern Barrens with two Bloodguards. He is the leader of the Kolkar forces in the Barrens, and Regthar Deathgate wants his head.

Hezrul appears as the second boss encounter of Rokara's Book of Mercenaries adventure in Hearthstone. In the encounter, Rokara comes across Hezrul threatening Guff Runetotem. After she kills the centaur, Guff joins her team.
