Regthar Deathgate is an orc quest giver located in a small fortified camp by the road west of the Crossroads, in the Northern Barrens. The camp is made up of a burrow and a pig farm, with Lanti'gah walking around.

Regthar is in charge of the Horde operations against the centaur all over the Northern Barrens. He sent scouts such as Ta'jari to all the oases of the area.

This section concerns content related to Legion.

During the Legion Invasions, Regthar defended the burrow against the invading demons.
