Various Commendation Officers for the factions of the Horde are located in all of the major cities; speak with the one with whom you'd like to raise your reputation, and give them the number of signets they ask for!

We of the Horde have done all that we can to prepare for the upcoming war at Ahn'Qiraj. Now we wait, <class>, for the Alliance to do the same. Once they are done we will transport our war materiel to Cenarion Hold in Silithus.
