Haunting Apparitions is a conduit for shadow priests. It drops from the Council of Blood in Castle Nathria, Mordretha, the Endless Empress in the Theater of Pain, and the Jailer in the Sepulcher of the First Ones.

It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.

Trivia

• During the beta, the item was named Shimmering Apparitions.

Patch changes

• Hotfix (2020-12-10): Fixed an issue where the Item Level 200 Haunting Apparitions had an incorrect scaling value, and was less powerful than the lower item level versions.
