The subject of this article or section is part of Feast of Winter Veil, a seasonal event that lasts several weeks. Once the event has run its course, this will no longer be available until next year, but there are no guarantees.
Handfuls of Snowflakes are given by Winter Revelers in inns during the Feast of Winter Veil by blowing a /kiss to them. Winter Revelers will randomly give a stack of five of 
[Mistletoe], 
[Fresh Holly] or Handful of Snowflakes after blowing the kiss. Only the Winter Revelers in the inns participate.
Players will also receive a debuff preventing them from getting another of these gifts for one hour. This hour is real-time, so swap to an alt or come back later.
Notes
- The shower of snowflakes effect buff lasts for two minutes.
- It is only an animation effect, there is no effect in combat
- Snowflakes do not bind, however, due to the time duration limit, they cannot be mailed to alts.
- Snowflakes expire, they will only last for ten days.
Achievement
[Let It Snow] uses ten snowflakes, which must be used on certain race/class combinations. This can only be done during Winter Veil, as no credit will be awarded out of season.
