Hand of Ravenclaw can be found near Thule Ravenclaw a bit north of the Forsaken Front. There are only two of them now.
They used to be located near Decrepit Ferry on Fenris Isle in Silverpine Forest, but with Thule's eviction from the island by the worgen, they are no longer present there.
Abilities
- Touch of Ravenclaw - Stuns an enemy and reduces its armor by 40 for 5 sec.
