Han'thul is a jungle troll boss during the air Froststone Vault Primal Storm event located just outside the Froststone Vault in the Forbidden Reach.

Abilities

Bursting Gale — Knocks all enemies within 8 yards of the caster back. Inflicts 8 Nature damage to enemies within 8 yards.
Harsh Winds — Surrounded by three orbs of wind.
Slicing Cyclone — Conjure a tornado at target enemy's location. The tornado fixates the target, inflicting 10 Nature damage to any enemy that enters.
Sudden Updraft — Knocks all enemies between 10 and 60 yards away high into the air.
Wind Spear — Launch concentrated winds at an enemy dealing 25 Nature damage.
