The Hallowed Helm is a cosmetic pumpkin head wearable by everyone. This helm is sold by Chub and Dorothy, the Candy and Toy vendors of Hallow's End for 150x 
[Tricky Treat]. There is also a slim chance it turns up in the 
[Loot-Stuffed Pumpkin], given to level 59-or-below players who defeat the Headless Horseman for the first time each day, or the 
[Handful of Treats] from Candy Buckets across the realms.
Patch changes
Patch 10.1.7 (2023-09-05): No longer drops from [Loot-Filled Pumpkin]. 
Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Changed from Cloth to Cosmetic, stats removed. 
Patch 4.2.0 (2011-06-28): No longer found in Treat Bags. Can now be purchased for 150 Tricky Treats.
