Loot-Stuffed Pumpkin is given to characters from levels 1-59 once per day who defeat the Headless Horseman during Hallow's End. Players at or above level 60 will instead receive the 
[Loot-Filled Pumpkin].
It contains 4-6x 
[Tricky Treat], a Flimsy Mask, and rarely an item from a subset of the Loot-Filled Pumpkin loot pool:
