Grim Patrons can be found at the Grim Guzzler in Blackrock Depths. They are initially neutral, but will become hostile (along with all other mobs in the bar) if Plugger Spazzring is killed or has 
[Grim Guzzler Key] pickpocketed from him.
Abilities
Drunken Rage — Increases the caster's attack speed by 50% for 15 sec.
Kick — Kicks an enemy for 39 damage, interrupting the spell being cast for 6 sec.

- The Grim Patron appears as a rare card in the Blackrock Mountain adventure of Hearthstone. Two copies of the card are rewarded for defeating the Grim Guzzler encounter in the Blackrock Depths wing. The flavor text reads: "If you love getting your face punched, come to the Grim Guzzler!"
