The Green Winter Hat is a novelty hat looted during the Feast of Winter Veil. Either this hat or the 
[Red Winter Hat] is required to complete the Winter Garb set. Having the full set equipped is part of the requirement of the 
['Tis the Season] achievement.

During the Feast of Winter Veil, the Green Winter Hat is a very rare world drop from humanoid mobs. At the same time, the hat is also a Boss drop from the following bosses:
- Northrend
- Cataclysm
- Pandaria
- Draenor
- Shadowlands
