Grand Magister Reglakk is a Gorian Empire ogre found at Mar'gok's Overwatch in Nagrand. He is the superior of Crulgorosh and worked on the project of imbuing armor with felbreaker magic.[1]
Abilities
Arcane Missiles — Launches magical missiles at an enemy, inflicting Arcane damage.
Cone of Cold — Inflicts Frost damage to enemies in a cone in front of the caster.
Elemental Ruination — Causes an enemy to take 5% increased Physical damage for 10 sec.
