Gnarlhoof the Rabid is found at [66.7, 56.4] on a cliff above Stonecrag Gorge in Nagrand. The talbuk drops the 
[Rabid Talbuk Horn] along with some garrison supplies.
Just across the path to the south, look for some Abandoned Cargo in a ruined cart.
