Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): This glyph now increases the duration of Garrote's silencing effect by 2 sec. (previously reduced the duration of Garrote by 3 sec and increased the total damage it dealt by 20%). Now usable at level 40 (up from 15) and requires 3x Lion's Ink (up from 2).
