The Glittering Nest Material [38.4, 42.9] has been gathered by the razorwing and used to help build a nest on a side of a cliff of Hope's Ascent overlooking the Estuary of Awakening.
One of the 
[Treasures of Korthia], to get to it, climb on the chain that embedded in the Windswept Aerie, run up the chain until just before it enters the mountain, look to the right and slow-fall off.
Loot it for ~5x 
[Relic Fragment] and ~6x uncommon-quality anima items (30 anima).
