Gieger is an abomination located in the Stitchyard in Maldraxxus.
To fight Gieger, you must be a member of the Necrolord Covenant and direct the Anima Conductor to the House of Constructs. Once it's active, you can pull the Final Thread attached to Gieger to awaken the abomination.

Gieger Smash — Inflicts 10 Physical damage to an enemy and increases their Physical damage taken by 15% for 16 sec. This effect stacks
