General Warhowl is an orc envoy from Garrosh Hellscream, overseeing the Forsaken's invasion of Gilneas. He is seen meeting with Lady Sylvanas and High Executor Crenshaw during 
[1-30] The Hunt For Sylvanas.
He reminds the Dark Lady that use of the Forsaken Blight is strictly forbidden, though the Forsaken do not seem too eager to heed his opinion. His fate after the invasion is unknown.

- Besides this very brief scene, Warhowl is not seen again.
- Functionally, he is replaced with High Warlord Cromush, who serves the same role as overseeing the Forsaken's operations.
