Garothi Decimators are fel reavers located in Antorus, the Burning Throne.
Abilities
Decimation — Hurls fel energy at random enemies that places an aura on the targets. When the aura expires, the enemy destination is bombarded with missiles, inflicting 4756 Fire damage to enemies within 100 yards and 190 Fire damage to everyone.
Initializing — All damage taken is increased by 3% per stack. Caster starts with 30 stacks and loses stacks over 30 sec.
