[Get Hek'd]. Once you have it, you'll be able to see a Lost Zandalari Relic treasure chest in Dazar'alor (past the Terrace of Crafters).[46.6, 29.8] Loot the chest for the 
[Clump of Broken Loa Idols] and take it to the Shred-Master Mk1.
