Galzomar is one of three rotating rare demons that spawns at the Burning Front in Talador. The other two are Kharazos the Triumphant and Sikthiss, Maiden of Slaughter. They each drop the 
[Burning Legion Missive].
Tracking quest
To check whether The Burning Legion Missive has been looted, copy and paste this command into the chat window:
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(34668))
If a "true" appears in the chat window, The Burning Legion Missive has been looted; "false" indicates the opposite.
