Galgar is an orc cook located in the Valley of Trials in Durotar. He sends fledgling adventurers to collect cactus apples so he can make some of his famous cactus apple surprise.[1] By Galgar's own admission, this is an intentionally easy task that he gives to all young orcs.[2]
Appearing as Provisioner Galgar, he is found in Axefall in Spires of Arak if a commander chooses the Smuggler's Den. He brought some crates of his cactus apple surprise with him.[3]

Occasionally in the Valley of Trials, Duokna will walk up on the nearby cooking table and start dancing, prompting Galgar to say one of the following:
- Duokna, what are you doing?
- Duokna... this is embarrassing.
