The Frozen Frostwolf Axe is held by a frozen Frostwolf Cold-Singer at [24.2, 48.6] in the back of the Forbidden Cave on the Forbidden Glacier in southwestern Frostfire Ridge. Loot the axe to acquire the 
[Icebound Frost-Singer Axe] and 10-20x 
[Garrison Resources].
Tracking quest
To check whether the frozen axe has been looted, copy and paste this command into the chat window:
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(34507))
If a "true" appears in the chat window, the frozen axe has been looted; "false" indicates the opposite.
