Forsaken Delegation Deathguards are Forsaken Deathguards found within Grommash Hold, standing alongside Dark Cleric Cecille, their blood elven counterparts just opposite them.
Notes
- The Delegation Deathguards are probably the closest thing to "elite guards" found during the encounter with the faction leader, though with the other factors that battle entails, they should be the least of the players' concern.
- They can see through stealth, making it difficult for a rogue to enter the throne room.
