Fordragon Battle Steeds are horses located in Fordragon Hold in Dragonblight. They are the mounts of the Fordragon Knights.
After a player completes 
[15-30] Return To Angrathar, Fordragon Battle Steed will phase out of existence for that player and will no longer be available.
