Focused Power is a Tier 6 Discipline Priest talent. It reduces the cast time of [Mass Dispel] and increases the damage and healing done by your spells.
Tips and tactics
A very good PvP talent, as it is key to countering Paladin's 
[Divine Shield] and Mage's 
[Ice Block].
Very handy for PvE with the changes in patch 3.0.2 giving it an increase to healing/damage done.
Patch changes
Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Removed. 
Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Increases your total spell damage and healing done by 2/4%, but no longer increases your chance to hit with Mind Blast, and Mass Dispel. 
Patch 2.1.0 (2007-05-22): Now also increases the chance to hit with [Mass Dispel], reduces the cast time of Mass Dispel but no longer increases the damage against feared targets. - Patch 2.0.3 (2007-01-09): Added.
