Flow of Time is a conduit for mages. It drops from the Stone Legion Generals in Castle Nathria and Soulrender Dormazain in the Sanctum of Domination.

An ilvl 145 version is also rewarded from  [60] Strengthen the Bond,  [60] A Journey Made Together,  [60] Strengthening the Bond, and  [60] Strengthening the Bond.

It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
