Shimmer is a mage class talent. It is a replacement for [Blink] that has two charges and can be cast while casting, but increases the cooldown by 10 seconds and does not clear stuns or roots.

It is an exclusive choice node with [Ice Floes].

Patch changes

• Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 6 class talent (was a level 25 talent).
  
• Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Cooldown increased to 25 seconds (was 20 seconds). Now available at level 25 (was 30).
  
• Hotfix (2018-07-19): Shimmer should no longer interrupt channeled spells.
