Flaskzertauren is a tauren that appeared on the PTR realms to aid players. He was located in the Great Seal of Dazar'alor for the Horde and Harbormaster's Office in Boralus for the Alliance to sell the new chest and shoulder pieces with the newest Azerite traits for patch 8.1.0.[1]
