Don't get tagged by players with Fang!
Flap is a buff obtained from the Fang Flap Fire Signups statue in Valdrakken. The player with the buff must catch players with the 
[Fire] buff and avoid players with the 
[Fang] buff.
Getting a player with the Fire buff will add a stack to the Flap buff, 10 of which is required for the 
[Fang Flap Fire Fighter] achievement.
