Don't get tagged by players with Flap!
Fire is a buff obtained from the Fang Flap Fire Signups statue in Valdrakken. The player with the buff must catch players with the 
[Fang] buff and avoid players with the 
[Flap] buff.
Getting a player with the Fang buff will add a stack to the Fire buff, 10 of which is required for the 
[Fang Flap Fire Fighter] achievement.
