Abilities
Bound by Fel — Chains two enemy targets together. While the targets are over 10 yds apart the chains inflict 100501 Fire damage every 0.5 sec. This damage increases by 15% each second they remain apart. The chains will break if the targets remain apart for 20 total seconds.
Fel Fireball — Inflicts 10854 Fire damage to an enemy on impact and an additional 8674 Fire damage every 2 sec for 6 sec.
