- This talent was mentioned in the April Fools' Day Legion alpha patch note preview: "The Fire Starter talent now also allows the Mage to melt bullets in midair, just like in that Stephen King novel."
Patch changes
Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 4 Fire talent (was a level 15 Fire talent). 
Patch 7.1.5 (2017-01-10): Now causes both [Fireball] and [Pyroblast] to deal a critical strike when the target is above 90% health (was 85%). - Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Added.
