Hotfix (2023-08-07): Damage decreased by 10%. Does not apply to PvP.
Hotfix (2023-07-24): Damage increased by 22% in PvP Combat (was 16%).
Patch 10.1.5 (2023-07-11): Damage reduced by 12%.

- Phoenix Flames is no longer a Talent and is learned by all Fire Mages at level 19 (was a level 60 Fire talent). Now Phoenix Flames has a 25 second recharge time (was 30 seconds), damage increased by 15%, and no longer guarantees a critical strike.
- Now deals reduced damage on secondary targets.
Hotfix (2018-08-07): Phoenix Flames's single-target damage now correctly hits Totems and similar targets.
