Fine Poking Stick was sold by Griftah after he was banished in patch 2.2.0, just outside Shattrath's southeastern tunnel in Terokkar Forest.[36, 30]
However, Griftah made his triumphal return to the city proper in patch 2.3.0... minus his stock of poking sticks.

Trivia
Fine Poking Stick was the answer to the 14th clue in Wowhead's Legion Scavenger Hunt (2015).
Like many items Griftah sells, this fine off-hand was just a useless vessel for flavor text. Once it was removed from the game in patch 2.3, however, its price has sky-rocketed and it became quite valuable.
