Felcaller Whitley

Felcaller Whitley is a cultist of the Veiled Hand found in the inn of Raven Hill in Duskwood during the Burning Legion's third invasion, surrounded by Veiled Fanatics. He is channeling a spell in a demon circle to summon demons of the Burning Legion.

Abilities

Chaos Bolt — Inflicts Shadow damage to an enemy.
Dark Communion — Attempting to make contact with the Legion.
Dark Intent — Infuses the target with shadow, increasing spell power by 10% and critical strike chance by 5% for 1 hour.
Gift of the Martyr — Kills the caster, dealing massive Fire damage to units within 10 yards.
Immolate — Burns an enemy, then inflicts additional Fire damage every 3 sec. for 12 sec.
Incinerate — Inflicts Fire damage to an enemy.
