Fatal Decimation is a conduit for warlocks. It drops from the following bosses:
- Margrave Stradama in Plaguefall
- Sire Denathrius in Castle Nathria
- The Prototype Pantheon in the Sepulcher of the First Ones
- Valinor in Bastion
- Mortanis in Maldraxxus
- Oranomonos the Everbranching in Ardenweald
- Nurgash Muckformed in Revendreth.
An ilvl 145 version is also rewarded from 
[60] A Journey Made Together.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
Trivia
- During the beta, the item was named Prolonged Decimation.
Patch changes
Hotfix (2021-02-01): The Fatal Decimation conduit will now properly increase the damage of 
[Decimating Bolt] at Item Levels 213 and above. - Patch 9.0.2 (2020-11-17): Added.
