The Fall.
The Fall is the pit where blood troll sacrifices are thrown in as offerings to the loa Hir'eek. The loa's spawn cover the cave's ceiling.
During 
[20-60] Hir'eek, the Bat Loa, Jo'chunga and an adventurer are thrown into the pit. They both survive the drop, though Jo'chunga is greatly injured.
