Fae Fermata is a conduit for priests. It drops from the following bosses:
- Tred'ova in the Mists of Tirna Scithe
- Sire Denathrius in Castle Nathria
- The Prototype Pantheon in the Sepulcher of the First Ones
- Valinor in Bastion
- Mortanis in Maldraxxus
- Oranomonos the Everbranching in Ardenweald
- Nurgash Muckformed in Revendreth.
An ilvl 145 version is also rewarded from 
[60] Strengthening the Bond.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.

Patch 9.0.5 (2021-03-09): 
[Fae Guardians] now leave a 80% effective copy of their benefit (was 60%) and can no longer be stacked on top of a Faerie for double benefit. - Patch 9.0.2 (2020-11-17): Added.
