Lore

The staff is wielded by Velen. It serves as a focal point for his magic and provides light to all who seek it. Its crystal is actually the Eye of Prophecy, Velen's piece of the Crown of the Triumvirate, an ancient eredar relic. The crystal was used during the Argus Campaign.
