Eternal Hunger is a conduit for unholy death knights. It drops from the Hungering Destroyer in Castle Nathria, Globgrog in Plaguefall, and the Lords of Dread in the Sepulcher of the First Ones.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
