The Envoy's Satchel is found at [40.9, 20.1] southeast of the lava area at Bloodmaul Stronghold in northwestern Frostfire Ridge. Two Iron Guards and Krugmok Wolfscream are dead a few yards away from the satchel, which contains the 
[Envoy's Log].
Tracking quest
To check whether the envoy's log has been looted, copy and paste this command into the chat window:
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(34473))
If a "true" appears in the chat window, the envoy's log has been looted; "false" indicates the opposite.
